Orion-Spetcsplav-Gatchina LLC sells intermediate alloys of its own production. We offer favorable terms of cooperation for legal entities. The latest induction furnaces from well-known world brands allow us to produce nickel-based alloys containing such elements as magnesium, tungsten, copper, chromium, molybdenum and others. While production of nickel-based alloys, high-quality raw materials are used.

Intermediate nickel-based alloys (including the nickel-magnesium group alloy) successfully solve the following problems:
- on alloying;
- deoxidation and desulfurization;
- improving the internal structure and mechanical characteristics of the metal;
- increasing resistance to wear and corrosion;
- neutralization of harmful impurities;
- improving the machinability of alloys.
Features of using nickel-magnesium master alloy
Nickel-magnesium mater alloy is widely used in foundries and powder metallurgy. In particular, it serves as a cast iron modifier and is added to the alloy, increasing the quality of Mg assimilation. At the same time, the pyroelectric effect and evaporation of MgO are minimized, which stabilizes the modification result.
Features of using nickel-tungsten lmaster alloy
The nickel-tungsten master alloy is used in foundries to produce heavy alloys for special purposes. The latter are characterized by high density and are able to absorb gamma rays. Products of this type are widely used in the aerospace, engineering and heavy industries.
With the help of nickel-tungsten alloys, alloys are created for the manufacture of:
- electrodes (including for resistance welding);
- counterweights for aircraft;
- flywheels;
- centrifuges and balancers;
- screens and containers designed to protect against the negative effects of radioactive components;
- various special products.
