Aluminum
Orion-Spetcsplav-Gatchina LLC offers a wide range of aluminium base master alloys made using innovative technologies. An extensive product range allows us to offer optimal solutions siutable for any task set by consumer.
A high quality of aluminium base master alloys is ensured by:
- modern equipment;
- strict control of input raw materials;
- test control of products;
- continuous improvement of production methods and implementation of know-how.
Features of the production master alloys based on aluminium
Master alloy is a mixture of aluminium and other chemical elements. Production is carried out by entering small quantities of chosen elements into molten Al, which are also heated to a certain temperature. Special high-temperature furnaces are involved in the technological process .
Additional components:
- silicon,
- ferrum,
- copper,
- manganese,
- magnesium,
- chromium,
- nickel,
- zinc,
- scandium,
- zirconium,
- strontium,
- lithium and other elements.
We understand different problems and different levels of technical equipment of our consumers and always ready to find the best solution .
Varieties and application of aluminium base master alloys
Aluminum base master alloy is needed to obtain a clear chemical composition of alloy, as a result of which the finishing material acquires the necessary physical and mechanical characteristics. These products are widely demanded in various areas of modern industry.
Depending on the specifics of the use of aluminium base master alloys, they are divided into several groups:
- Structure modifiers. Used to improve strength and other technical features;
- For alloying and adjusting the chemical composition. They give the bulk the necessary properties that are in demand in certain production areas, including highly specialized ones;
- Texture grain converters. Change the volume of the internal porosity of the metal in accordance with the tasks.
We offer intermediate alloys with different additives and percentages. In particular, you can buy grades with impurities of such elements as Calcium and Vanadium. Aluminium base master alloys of this type are widely in demand in various fields.
